Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
A: Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1–2 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help. Once the order is shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited and express options are also available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Sale items are final sale.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
